The recommended daily dose of pramiracetam for this memory stack is 1200mg daily. This is best divided in two equal doses of 600 mg, taken once in the morning and again in the early afternoon.
You can take this memory enhancing nootropic with or without food. Many users do not find that it doesn’t effect the results either way.
Citicoline for Memory

Lion’s Mane Mushroom for Memory
Lion’s mane mushroom is a natural supplement that helps improve memory recall, as well as increase focus and concentration.
This nootropic works by increasing the levels of nerve growth factor (NGF) in the brain. NGF is a protein responsible for the growth and maintenance of neurons. Healthy levels of NGF therefore improve overall cognition.
The recommended dose of lion’s mane mushroom is 2 g. It is best to take two equal doses of 1 g daily. This can be taken on an empty stomach.
Unlike other nootropics, lion’s mane mushroom exhibits its best results after taking it regularly for 3-6 months.
